“I had the chance to visit the Old World Marketplace, and what a joy this store was. I have flea marketed and antiqued all over Ontario and finding a treasure like this right marketplace right in our backyard was indeed a pleasure.From the windows dressed with vintage suitcases and old wooden ladder I was transported back to wonderful memories as a child and as I got deeper and deeper into the store it was filled with colourful clothing, dishes, records, tables, dolls, books, linen, baskets, boxes, tools, and so much more. YOu have to see it to appreciate what the owner and her crew have created.It was like a hug from your childhood.The design, layout and presentation and of the marketplace was just fantastic! I went to close to closing time, and need to find time to go earlier to see through the entire marketplace.I highly recommend you take the walk to the Old World Marketplace.”
