Nicki at the Brantford BabiesRUs was extremely helpful with selection our convertible car seat. My main concern was how the car seat would fit in our s vehicle. Nicki brought two car seats out so we could ensure they fit before making a decision and purchase. She went above and beyond in the service she provided. Thank you!!

This was truly the best service we have ever received at a Store of any kind, 6 Stars if we could. Friendly, Knowledgeable and went far above helping us find what we needed. We purchased a Dresser, there was an issue with it, they took it back got us another one. Opened the box and made sure nothing was wrong with the second one. Everyone on the Floor, Cash, Shipping is to be commended you do not see help in a Store like this anymore. We frequently go to this Brantford location and will continue to and recommend it when we can. Well done to all.
