Im wrighting this because i used to work there i would take extra shifts even when i worked 2 jobs i worked in the mobile department and most of the team i worked with in mobile and in the store are hard workers and great people i wish i could say the same about management but i will say that the previous store manager who hired me was a great guy! I quit a really good job to dedicate my energy and time to best buy and i will be honest i was late a few times due to personal reasons but ive ALWAYS showed up for my shifts. They fired me and lied about it to other ppl and said i quit and i know for a fact they fired me.for discriminatory reasons . I been reading all the things people are saying and i total agree on both parts alot of times people are standing around talking but there is only so much you can do at this job but when people do come in the talking should stop. I bought a surround system for my place and had to return it 5 times because it was junk. Best buy is not! A place i would recommend the training and knowledge the staff should have dont i can say tho geak squad i know them and they do know alot and have alot of experience. Mobile is great also and there is 2 guys there that i would recommend always! I believe that the customers get judge right away from when they walk in the store judge like they are going to steal i believe that customers are rushed aswell even if they buy or dont buy. My personal opinion everyone is best buy is over rated and that they need to bring back the sign future shop because maybe we would have that experience in the employee's like they once had.!

We recently purchased a printer from the store. During my visit, I needed assistance and approached a few staff members. However, they seemed preoccupied, engaging in conversations among themselves, and didn't initially find the time to help. Eventually, one staff member referred me to a colleague. I got the impression that the person assisting me was new and not very familiar with the product.I hope the store will work on improving their customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and create a positive impression that encourages repeat visits. On a positive note, the billing staff members were efficient and handled their responsibilities well. have ample car parking and pretty good selection.

The sales team has poor communication.Price matching seems to be avoided even when the specifications are met.Staff will lie to you about upcoming sales to bring you back in.Sales reps are NOT fluent in the many products and often call upon someone else to poorly explain or answer a question.It’s easier to Google than deal with people here. ;)

I bought a white board that I needed to return.Little did I know that I arrived one minute before they closed!Although I am sure they were tired, Trinity and Debbie were professional, helpful and patient.Thanks ladies!Absolutely great customer service!

I always go to best buy for my electronics and never had any issue with the quality. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Always got the best recommendations from the staff.

I've been dealing with the Brantford location for many years and have become accustomed to the fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. This experience lacked all of that. The first time I went in, I couldn't get anyone to acknowledge my presence. I went back again. The employee alas acknowledged me. I decided to buy the 65" tv. I asked if I could pay for it and return with the van while they bring it to the front. I was told no. When I returned, again no one would acknowledge me. One fellow looked right at me then quickly walked away. I let the friendly staff member at the front know what happened and that they lost that sale and future sales. It's so sad...I used to enjoy that store. You would think that, in today's economy, they would step up their game. ?

Been buying from here for years. We bought a Samsung washing machine. The employee who helped us was very helpful and answered all our questions! We got the machine delivered and the old one removed (included in our deal - not always included).Delivery was on time! They took the new machine to the basement and removed the old one. Seamless and great service all around. 5*.

First of all it took forever to get our surroundsound system. Everything came in one piece at a time! I know we need help setting it up and they want to charge us $250 just to come in and set up a system we bought from them. Never again.

5 stars +++++I want to think Sorgon & Manveer for their great manners, expertise, helpfulness, and kindness. I had technical issues with my iphone and they Solved the problem, and knew what the issue was immediately. I just had a complete knee replacement surgery and they were extremely thoughtful and brought me a chair, which is a very rare thing in retail stores. I want to thank them very much for making it a positive experience for me. I will definitely be returning to Best Buy. I certainly hope that there is an employee rewards program for excellent service Or if not, one can be implemented. They deserve it!Sincerely, Vicki ???? ? ?

Will not standby what they sell. Bought Lenovo computer 4 months ago. Has 1 year warranty and best buy tells me I need to deal with Lenovo myself and they want nothing to do with it. Will not shop there again.

One of the worst Best Buy I have been to. I went to get my watch fixed/repaired. The employees were helpful but whomever the team lead/manager was didn’t even acknowledge my presence. The employees clearly didn’t know how the repair process works for the Apple Watch repair and were asking the lead questions. I’m standing right there and she keeps referencing me as “He” and he needs to go and fix with Apple first and he needs to do this. Im in ear shot of this and she acted like I don’t exist. So disrespectful and poor customer service. On top of that she looked like she didn’t want to be there. Im fitting out my basement and went to St. Catherine’s branch to buy my TV and sound system. Highly recommend people go their and and get what they need. Exceptional customer service from the time you walk in the door. Unlike the Brantford location where you wait 30 mins for someone to acknowledge and help you.

I will intentionally visit a Best Buy in another location because the brantford location has always had awful customer service every time step foot in this store (more recently 2 days in a row) and still treated the same. I could make eye contact with half a dozen employees and ask for help and still get ignored . Their customer service is an absolute joke . I even have photos of 4 employees standing in the middle of an isle - not doing their job . Idiotting

I went to Best Buy two days ago and purchased a Nintendo Switch game, Digimon Survive. No one informed me about the return policy and when I read the receipt, it didn’t say anything about returning the game opened. So I used the game and tried it for 5 minutes. I wasn’t a fan. It’s not a bad game, I just didn’t like it. I brought the game back today and they would not return it for me. I talked the manager and she apologized that no one let me know but there was nothing she would do for me. I was not happy with the service. I begged her to take the game back and give me a refund but she wouldn’t. Needless to say, I have a Digimon Survive Nintendo Switch game for sale if anyone is interested and I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again.UPDATE: Best Buy customer service let me return the game. Thank you Best Buy.
