Always a terrible experience except for once! There once was a really nice lady at the office but other than that absolutely terrible. You never get your package delivered because they never knock or ring the bell just drop off a delivery notice for you to go during their limited hours and pick up. Every. Single. Time!

Closed for Inventory sign posted at the counter while Google maps states their open. Closed for inventory and no one doing inventory at the back? Looks like someone just dint want to work today.

I ordered a package that was shipped to this location. When the delivery arrived, I received a notice on the door to pick-up by June 6th to avoid return to sender.When I arrived at 11am on June 6th to pick-up the package, I was informed it had been returned the previous day (June 5th).

Tried to send a padded envelope regular mail, and the woman would not send it because of the way I folded the top and she wanted to charge for a parcel. I sent the same padded envelope a 100 times with the same content by regular envelop mail, and never an issue. I was upset and went back to the car. My husband was not happy, and went back in and mailed it as I requested originally. The woman was very rude and unreasonable.

You owe me money. Because you were unable to take a walk in sufficient time im out 135$ in late fees from when I was down on wsib after working 10 years to pay your wage. I watched the states get my mail i ordered with tracking from Miami to Toronto in 3 days. Took 3 weeks for you to get Toronto to Brantford. Quit messing around or give up already. This is why when your jobs were at risk nobody cared. Worst postal service conceived. All the funding, infrastructure and tech of the first world with the effort of kids.

The ladies at the desk are always so kind and helpful at this location. 5 stars for them absolutly. On the other hand there is one lazy useless driver that "delivers" in my area who DOES NOT do their job what so ever. Countless times have I been waiting at home for an important package and nobody shows up. But tracking says "card left to pick up at post office" absolutly REDICULOUS! that driver should be let go.
