Over $1000 item lost in transit. Asked the person behind the counter to copy the mailing address exactly as appeared on the screen shot on my phone. She began to enter what was on the box instead. Reminded her to copy the screen shot exactly so she did it again. I took a picture of the shipping label before I left for the receiver of the package.
Didn't realize until after that she still didn't copy it correctly and both misspelled the address and entered the wrong info into the required fields. Also spelled last name incorrectly. They did not offer insurance or tracking or bother to explain options in any way. The person behind the counter looked half asleep and barely cared. When I went to UPS or Fedex for other international shipments the people behind the counters were friendlier and explained all the options clearly and made sure everything was handled appropriately so that nothing would be lost or uninsured in case something happened.
As a result an item worth over $1000 is now lost in transit and cannot be tracked. If you value anything you are sending do not go here.

Would give 0 stars if I could. If you get there and see Kelly, walk away and choose another location. This woman will suck any happiness you have in your body out in one conversation. I have been there many times and never once had even one good thing to say, and it's 99% of the time because I have to deal with Kelly. Rude, unhelpful, unpleasant, and is the reason I won't be going back.

Kelly from Canada Post is extremely rude and needs help in anger management. No matter how nice and respectful you are to her, she’ll continue to be rude. She seems annoyed and lacks the will or desire to help her customers mail their letters or provide them with prices and different ways of shipping. She lacks patience and customer service skills and occasionally likes to yell at her customers. Kelly from Canada Post takes deep breathes and rolls her eyes at you when you ask for assistance. Why or how she thinks a customer has the patience to deal with such an attitude is beyond me.

Really amazing service. The Customer Service rep knew all the details. Got my parcel shipped no problem. Really grateful for the help. Thank you!! This location has great hours and helpful staff.

The manager of this location needs to give their head a shake. This location is severely understaffed for weekday lunch hour rushes. The employees are great but they look very over worked. The line up was well into the chip isle and it didn't even move for 10 minutes gave up and went back to work late.

No excuse why hours are not kept updated. Shows as open right now till 9. Even cashier thought they were open on Sunday till 9. Had 6 packages I carried in to ship. Very inconvenient.

Today I went to check why it take too much long to reach to destination its already been 1 month and 12 days since delivered my envolup through them. the lady over today a old one was rudly said I dont know and try to make and ran me off ...the envolup is for my wife..a love letter. This was my first parcel through them. I m not going to use their service again canada post sucks!

Service experience was horrible. I explained the contents of my package in which the employee found no issue only to have my package returned to me three weeks later stating it could not be mailed because it contained dangerous goods.I took the package back to the post office where they then proceeded to tell me what counted as the dangerous goods in the package. I had to pay for shipping all over again due to a lack of communication and knowledge of the job from the first employee.

The nicest and most knowledgeable post office clerk I’ve ever met. I went in there blind knowing nothing about sending certain parcels. She answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction l.

Long lines, which is understandable during the pandemic. Great service, good hours, my only compliant is they seem a bit short staffed.
