I was at the post office at Clarence St. within Shoppers Drug Mart. I went in with 3 parcels to be mailed and Bernice looked after everything for me. She was great. She is friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you Bernice.

went today to post a parcel to England. Elizabeth at the Post Office was really helpful and friendly got the parcel ready to be mailed really quick. Thank you Elizabeth for all your help and patience

Claimed a failed delivery when there wasn't one at all....and threatened my daughter with a decision to return her package or redeliver in 4 to 5 business days.... What a horrible thing to do to an extremely disabled person.

Send your mail from this outlet if you want your delivery to go missing instantly. Better off to save a trip and throw it in a nearby garbage can yourself.

The tracker says my package was delivered to me this morning an yet when I called them to ask if they had my package there, the women tried saying they had the package for 2weeks since Jan 26th so they had to return it to sender...meanwhile it was just sent to me a week ago -_- so annoyed.

Didnt even attempt to deliver the package. Just left notice saying I was unavailable... I have been available since it shipped a week ago and home 24/7.

Canada Post Service Representative Beatrice not observed wearing a face covering. Customer "line-up" sign is not visible. No signage decals on floor. This Canada Post location does not promote physical distancing.
