Love the customer service, Janet and Jaime are so helpful and thoughtful, and have helped me out when I have struggled emotionally with hard times in this industry they always have great advice and support me in lots of ways. Their knowledge on all products is exceptional too. Thanks ❤️

The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable at this location. I find this location has a better selection of many product lines than the CBS I usually go to in Kitchener. I much prefer this store.
