I went to look for a nice little memento for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. The sales lady ,Pam, was very nice and helped me find the perfect gift. The store Manager, Juanita, was super friendly and gave me a great deal! It was one of the most pleasant (and fun) experiences I have ever had at a jewellery store. As an added bonus- Charm is a Canadian company that was started on the East Coast. Definitely worth a visit when you are looking for jewellery! Tell Pam and Juanita that Ian the Scotsman sent you! lol

I am so very happy with my experience at Charm Diamond Jewelry Store. The manager Wynita was assisting me with my purchase. She was so very kind, patient and professional. She was not pushy, took her time with me and worked within my budget so I could get exactly what I wanted. My experience in this store was exceptional. I would highly recommend this store. Beautiful, quality jewelry for all price ranges.

Watched the apparent manager chase an employee out of the store on Christmas eve for, from what I gathered, finding coverage for her shift and leaving early? Not to mention when my fiance and I were in there the other day looking at potential wedding bands hearing that same woman talk crap about an employee who quit, and about an employee who's getting fired. The MOST unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a jewellery store, I do not recommend buying from them as the manager seems to be a sketchy, gossipy, overall horrible human. I hope any potential buyers and employees read this. I am trying to get in contact with higher ups about this behavior.

I had an amazing experience while Christmas shopping. I was looking for earrings for my mother. I told them my budget and was shown many different options. Before even committing to buying anything, the associate who helped me (sorry I donāt remember her name) offered to clean my engagement ring free of charge. This was very nice and I accepted. I finally decided on the earrings I wanted to buy, and they displayed them nicely in a box with wrapping paper. This was a lovely experience and I would definitely come here again to purchase jewellery!

Absolutely the cheapest necklace ever made. 90 days in and brought in twice for repair.. the first time I came back 2 inches shorter .Asked for a refund as their product is garbage . And no refund..Even with a warranty purchased on itUpdate..They exchanged the necklace for something better , no hassle after having head office reach out.Appreciate the help and finally wearing the necklace.

I accidentally broke the chain on my necklace and brought it in to see what could be done with it and they had it fixed in a very timely manner and kept me updated the whole way through. Iām very pleased with the quality of service I received! This is now my go-to for purchasing jewellery and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good store to support :)

I'm so dissapointed in Charms Jewelery store in Brantford ontario. I was totally taken advantage of and ripped off. I also have the employees name that did this. I will not be shopping at the Brantford Charms again. My common law partner spends a pretty dollar at Charms every year. Shame on you. I will be letting everyone I know about my incident with Charms Brantford. I will also be posting else where to make people aware of what you are doing at that location and how dishonest your staff is. I have a warranty for the Jewelery I purchased and will be giving others all details so they can be aware and not be taken advantage of.

Had a pleasant experience here after dealing with Mario. I just came in to have a look with no intention of buying anything and instead walked out with two gifts for family. He was very warm, cheerful, welcoming, and left a lasting impression. Definitely recommend to visit this store if you need anything!
