Just went for a wash today
Used to use this wash months ago an it was great
Going today I Found out $6 is the cheapest option now
And you only get 3 minutes 39 seconds for $6? That’s insane
Nevermind the fact that my truck is absolutely covered in water spots $24 for a wash just do do it all over again.
Also no garbage cans
This place sucks now just close it

Please people. The reviews are damn true. There are bays that are not working and if you pay using your card, nothing will happen. They have an office that's closed always. No one answering the calls. This place is a nightmare. I tapped $10 using my credit card and I lost the money. Please please dont waste your money and avoid this place.

FYI the hose on the high pressure nozzle in bay 7 burst today while using and has metal strands sticking out. This coin op car wash is usually my go to in and around Brantford. I usually see someone maintaining and cleaning the touchless and the coin op bays. Never had a problem until today. Tried calling the phone number so no one else tried to use that bay and get hurt, no answer.... Let it ring for a solid 2 minutes. Called multiple times. Tried using the website to maybe get an email address to reach out to, website is next to nothing. Had to move to another bay to finish washing the soap off.

Love using this car wash as it's always clean bays. Lots of sudsy soap from the brush and nice strong spray to rinse. The main thing though is the wax. You can actually see that the spray is a wax, often elsewhere it just looks like water and for best results you do need to rinse it well with the spot free rinse, and by well I mean for a few minutes to rinse off the excess wax and have a great shine that makes rinsing of dirt and road grime a breeze.

I visited this car wash on Sunday March 17 @ between 1:35pm - 1:47pm, I put $20 in the machine to get coins to clean up my car and it took my money. I got ZERO dollars back. I’ve called the number for this business with no answer since Sunday. How do I get my money back?

Used the coin op earlier this evening. The timer was not working properly. Lost $8.00. Went to try another bay. Tried to get more change machine not working. Called but no answer. Have used this car wash many times the first time not happy with the service.

Still go here. The up keep has fallen off a little as lights in the booth I was in couldn't make up whether to stay on or off.

The touchless wash is good, not the best. The coin-op wash is good also, just make sure to spray the brush before using it, they can be left quite gritty by others

At one time not long ago this car wash was great . Today there has been no hot water , no soap, and no spot free rinse in the wash bays for upwards of 2 months. There is a piece of tape covering the spot free rinse but not the soap so I wasted my money trying to use your soap. Thanks for the cold water rinse and letting me waste 8 dollars. Anyone reading please try the car wash on highway 24 by Walmart much better .
