Tried this location many times every time some problem no paper for receipt every time
This time 3. Pump out of 4 didn’t go through last one got finally then no receipt

This is the most useless place in the city.
You want expired soda? We got it. You want expired chips? We got that. You want something useful like salt for ice? We dont have that. Would you like a subpar sub? We got that. This place has gone so far downhill since it's opening that it makes me miss the abandoned gas station that was there before. I have watched this place even run out of gas for Pete's sake. Who ever is running this place just give up, more than you already have I mean.

Colborne Street West esso is convenient for me. I like my optimum points but to be honest the one on corner Dalhousie Street and clarence st is usually cheaper gas

Worst customer service in Canada. The one guy is so rude for no reason. I don't know who raised these people but they should not be working with people. Management take note. Never spending another penny here again.

Worst customer service ever. The guy was on his phone the whole entire time. He almost forgot to give me my change and instead of grabbing the can from the side and scanning it, he grabs it from the top where you put your lips on. Just nasty and disrespectful

Horrible experience, 0 customer service, staff is very unprofessional. 2 young girls by mr sub side having loud conversations in punjabi in store hallway, almost yelling, other young guy have phone on speaker, other phone constantly ringing by cash counter of gas station . I felt like I was in India. I was so distracted almost forgot why i entered this store.While i address this with staff the guy understood and placed his phone on silent while the girl rebel. They didn’t care much about customer providing positive feedback rather one of them said , we will be professional if cashing out someone on the cash register otherwise we can do whatever. That was so disappointing as they thing this behaviour while on a paid job is normal. I will not be visiting this location ever.

Inside the store is usually dirty and the washrooms have been out of service since forever. I think they just don’t want to clean them… like the rest of the store. Where do the staff pee?

I used to get gas and lottery tickets from that gas station for many years and never had any complaints until all workers been replaced with "temporary students" from India. I visited India once and those memories always come back to me when I pump at this gas station. This gas station is a dirty Indian street market where there is no respect for customers. Garbage everywhere, pumps are dirty, cashiers are stilling lottery tickets or money from winning tickets. It is such a shame, It feels like you live in India, not in Canada anymore.

The door is like broken or smth.. I feel like it's gonna malfunction and crush me lol yall should fix it because one of the workers had to manually come and pry them open just to let a lady in a wheelchair in, could be potentially dangerous in a serious situation..

Great location ! Friendly staff. Beautiful pump.
What else can I say? One can hope there prices were a bit more reasonable and more comparable to other gas stations. However it’s like the big boys when comparing bell and Telus phone companies to freedom and Koodo 😂

Paid 25$ worth of gas and my meter didn’t go up at all. They wouldn’t do anything for me and said it’s just my car. Waste of my money and time. Won’t let me talk to someone with higher authority and hung up on me after being highly rude about it.
