“I've had three experiences with this funeral home and I would highly recommend it. They so know what they are doing and anticipate your needs before you do. They provide such thoughtful extras: such as planting a memorial tree, a memorial video; a webcast, and even grief counselling.The funeral home is gorgeous with comfortable seating in visitation rooms and the chapel. The chapel has a good keyboard and sound system, and they remember to put kleenex by the podium and in all the pews.The staff are just amazing: from the 24/7 availability of the funeral director, to the lovely people that direct visitors, car parking, prepare sandwiches and pour tea. They arrange everything for you, in a respectful and compassionate way.Both my parents had prepaid services with Beckett Glaves. So glad they did as we were clear on what they wanted.”
