What a beautiful and relaxing space. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a relaxing sound feature and such thoughtfully decorated show room. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Bought some beautiful custom pieces from them and they assisted greatly in temporary storage as I wasn't quote ready for the items. They helped arrange delivery for me and my space would not have been so well put together if it hadn't been for the team at In season Living. I highly recommend.

Would not recommend. Paid for in-home consult and purchased several thousands of dollars worth of home decor at owners recommendation. Custom drapes arrived and clashed with trim-looking yellow next to the white. I called to inquire about return and/or exchange and was told all sales are final. While I understand that concept, when products are purchased following a design consult I expect accommodations to be made, seeing as purchase was made on their recommendation. Additionally, rods for drapes were purchased and I was told it was my duty to cut them to the desired length. This was not disclosed until after the products had arrived.

Wanda has been fantastic helping us design our home. The store is absolutely amazing and beautifully decorated. All the staff is very personable and it feels like we’ve known then for years. Wanda and Gary have been absolutely amazing to work with for our primary residence designing our furniture and decor. Wanda has Helped with our staging company keeping all of our stock modern and up-to-date helping us stand out from the pack making our homes standout. We have turned into amazing friends over the years of working together I even let Gary beat me at golf this year. The owner of this store is extremely rude and very disrespectful. As a truck driver I have always made sure that the essential key products and supplies are delivered to the businesses so they can stay open and operate. Even, during severe lockdowns and high COVID case counts I was working and I was making sure that the Ontarians have essential supplies.Today when I was delivering future for this store I asked the receiver for washroom access and the receiver allowed me to use it but when the owner saw me she said that I am allowed to use the washroom because the washroom is only for the staff and their customers. When I asked her why am I not allowed she said she is not there to clean my bowl and she told me to get out. She even tried to threatened me that she would call the company to fire me.Drivers deserve respect and the businesses are supposed to provide washroom access to them. I don't know what would make us different from a customer that access to the washroom is available to the customer but not to the driver. Drivers delivery products and the customers buy them. What is the difference? Customers are human beings and so we are.I am hoping my company does not send me to this location to deliver their products again.

My family and I have shopped here a few times over the past 6 years and have had decent experiences in the past, although always found the staff cold and unwelcoming.I recently had a terrible experience where I had a gift card with 100 dollars on it. After attempting to use it and being told they would not honour it, I went back again to try and use it. The owners daughter claimed there was nothing she could do and I’d have to come back again to speak with the owner.I left my number and the owner called me back a couple hours later and rudely told me that “100 dollars won’t break the bank” so to come back in and one of her girls would take care of it and it would be her problem.When I returned the next day to make a purchase the owner lost all patience and yelled at me, spoke down to me, called me a liar, refused to sell me anything and eventually kicked me out of the store.She was so rude and unprofessional it was unbelievable. 100% do not recommend wasting your time dealing with these people.

Subpar quality bought custom sectional that is terrible construction falling apart after 2 years staff not very helpful excuses never again.
They repaired some cushions but don’t remember doing that said they would contact the manufacturer about the couch But never did I got excuse after excuse even reply to this message I got an excuse. Move on to better quality and business.

Brooks will first text you to buy some furniture and then will drag you for a whole week just to say NO :)
They know how to waste your time and are definitely not interested in doing business.

Wow, this store has great street appeal and wonderful interiors. It’s great that we have this caliber of Home decor store to shop in. I visited this property with three friends. We were disappointed that no one welcomed us and no staff offering to help or guide us. There was one staff at the desk working on the computer that ignored us and when we cashed out she was abrupt and made us feel like we were putting her out. Overall, a very cold reception and with these prices you would think that they would have the welcome wagon warmed up.
