Terrible employees. The cashier was busy chatting up the other employees and misgendered the customers in-front of me. The women looked like she was just off work and still in her trades uniform. When the women politely corrected the employee. They got mad at the girl for interrupting them. When the trades girl left the employee made some bigoted trans comments.

I am definitely of age and plus some 20 years.l? So is my friend.Buying at LCBO had never felt this target. I was with a friend and we were both purchasingThis check out person Erika, decided tht she needs to check both our ids at her check out while others cash out lanes were open. She forced me to come to her lane when other cashiers were open. I explained to her that I was buying and I cld go to the check out lane next to her where they cld check my ID while she checked out my friend.But she made me and my friend go to her check out. Again? We were both buying separately...she was loud and made it seem like to the rest of the customers that we were up to something. She was discriminating. Maybe it had to do with the color of our skin. I did not see her speak to any other customer before or after us like that!Cashiers need to be trained on not being racial biased.
