I absolutely love Moonshadows & enjoy shopping there. The store has a beautiful layout & is very clean, well kept & organized. It's very easy to find what you are looking for. Their variety & stock on their items is great. Their prices are very fair to say the least. They have an incredible amount of information about their items & their uses, etc. They also have great sales & promotions on their already fair priced inventory. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are very pleasant, helpful, friendly & know all of their products very well. If you are looking for something specific or need info on something, they have the answers & are happy to help. I realize that this is quite a long review, but I just can't say enough about how great my experience was at the store. Would give 10 stars if possible. ????

Its quite a big store with so many crystals and beautiful jewellery as well. Candles and incense. Really helpful staff and lots of gifty for home and personal spiritual of sorts. Definitely be back. ❤??

This shop is amazing!! I am fairly new to Brantford, and decided to go in and check the crystal shop out a couple months ago. Whenever I need a pick-me-up, I always go in the shop because I’m welcomed soooo much by friendly smiles and pleasant conversations that really make my day. They have a great variety of crystals, and I like the fact that they always ask customers what they’re looking for so they can have it there for them next time if they don’t already do. :)

Today was the first time that we had ever gone into this store. We absolutely loved it. The customer service was excellent. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you so much for making it a special place to visit. So many beautiful crystals to choose from. I am sure our friend is going to love our choices.
