I had a fantastic shopping experience at this store. I took advantage of a great sale and purchased two clothes at an excellent price. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Not enough staff. The girl serving me was also serving 3 other people. The associate was very friendly and very helpful. There wasn't very much more she could do. She did her best. The associate I would 5 stars . The franchise I would 2 stars .

I went into the store tonight with low hopes after having a night of no luck with shopping. Jess and Matteo quickly turned that around. They were extremely kind and helpful which led to me finding many outfits (when I wasn't even expecting to find pants). They didn't rush me even though it was almost time to close which I really appreciated. I will 100% be returning after the amazing experience I had. Thank you Jess and Matteo!

The wife and I have almost always found the staff at any Penningtons to be very helpful and friendly. The Brantford Penningtons is no exceptions. This Penningtons is also better in the stock they carry than the Waterloo Penningtons. We'll definitely be back!
