This rating is only for the upstairs banquet hall I attended during a Vendor Show. I cannot comment on downstairs venue as I have not attended yet.

I went for the International Villages Festival and I got to see the high quality dancers and some of the food, the meatballs were really good and it is a nice place to be if you can stand the talking! I am not Polish and I have only been here once but my experience was pretty good.
