Thank you for helping us with our donation. The gentleman who came to our home today were punctual, chatty, polite and took care when they removed our chairs. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Went looking for a sofa and chair and we found it. They even offer delivery for an additional fee. No tax was a bonus!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE!!!They've been frauding donations for 2 years!!! They've also been emotionally degrading young homeless women.JERRY, the director if this place told me on the phone that they've been claiming all their momey through another business. I called that other business and they didn't even know who or what this place was!I've reported them just about everywhere possible. Currently mailing in evidence to the National Lead Center with the Canada Revenue Agency.Between the call with Jerry and CRA. Jerry pocket dialed me and I could hear him along with the rest of the current staff talking very degrading stuff about an "18 year old who just got fired there today, who they believe has lied about her past abuse and is lying about being homeless" that girl literally was balancing school, work and homelessness. She's crown ward and just got into st leonards last night.

They had a good selection and the prices were good but unfortunately I will not be coming back because the second my sister and I walked in (we're both in our 20s) the staff was watching us like a hawk. There was one lady, I don't know if she worked there or not, but she stalked my sister and I around the store counting the items we had until we got to the cash register where she then turned to one of the employees and said "that's the girl that took the rigs." They assumed we were going to steal just because we're young and it made me very irritated and uncomfortable. So I don't recommend going unless you want to be treated like a criminal.

We have found some excellent buys here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to drop off donations in the back driveway with staff there to help me take it in.

The resource thrift shop in Branford provides very good quality items that are second-hand for people who are definitely in need. The store is kept very clean and they are definitely following covid-19 guidelines. The staff there are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. There is ample parking on the property and it is wheelchair accessible as well. They also help multiple charitable and Community organizations with this business.
