The ATMs are garbage. Machine barely work to make deposits and they never have money to make withdrawals

Staff are awesome but I’d say 25% of the time the ATMs whether it’s inside or drive through just reject all bills on a deposit. Very frustrating

We visited the Brantford Lynden Road branch today since my daughter was having issues with her card's PIN. The location is clean and well designed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We received great customer service from the teller. Thank you!
