“We've used Access Storage before and happy we chose Access Storage again. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The facility was well maintained and clean with a huge parking lot. Definitely recommend Access Storage in Brantford (Wayne Gretzky Parkway).”

“Kayla and Jana were so helpful! Explained everything throughly made sure we understood and that we had enough space! Really like that the storage is indoors! Big bay to pull your car or truck or U-Haul into!”
“We had a box dropped off in a difficult wooded lot. The driver, Micah, did an incredible job of maneuvering in tight spots and dropping the box off precisely where we wanted it. Thank you BigSteelBox and Micah for the excellent service. We couldn’t have been happier.”
“Great secure facility with the best prices in Brantford. Their service have been useful twice for me now and i wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.”

“I've dealt with a couple of other storage locations before but never had the level of personalized customer service that I got today. Ede said her job was to take away my stress and she wasn't kidding - even when I made a major error in my registration, she helped me correct it quickly and easily. Highly recommended!”
