“Been a customer for over 20 years. Over that time I can say the service has been consistently excellent, as have the products. And the one time I wasn't satisfied with some hugo boss underwear, I felt they took my feedback seriously. I like that I can put a modern outfit together with the items there, but some of the stuff they sell is for different tastes. They have casual stuff or full suits. The pants I purchased there recently lasted me about 100 wears and are still in tact. So yes those were $250 pants but the value is there. They have a tailor. Free parking. Some shoes and workout clothes too.”

“So far, I've seen getting your own portrait and customizing your jewelry. Personalizing your shoes? This gotta be the first. This store is unlike any other in Toronto. They make fashion stiletto heels, and you can actually talk with the designer to create your own custom design. Because every pair is handmade for each customer, you have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for your shoes. So guys and gals, plan ahead for that birthday, anniversary, or Christmas present! Wonder if they have your size? Their sizes range from US Women's 2 to 14. Awesome!”

The clothing is good quality and the fabrics seem like they will last me long. Great variety and sale section has nice dresses. I live outside of Brantford and have never seen as many options.
Staff is friendly, and the employee at the fitting rooms helped me and my daughter choose our outfits and was very kind, even helping me zip up a dress that got stuck 🤣🤣.”
