“I had the best experience today finding jeans. The wonderful kind helpful lady was so patient and helpful with me. We were talking about the olden days on how the kind of help in stores isn’t how it is today no one ever helps you find anything and checks up on you and she was amazing. I could tell you I went to forever 21 definitely did not get the experience there today the lady working at that store totally ignored me and my son and it was very disappointing. Didn’t even say hi to me at the cash so I give 12 stars to eclipse and to the girl that help me today. I wish I got her name. I’m assuming it was the owner Tammy but you were awesome girl keep it up. The clothing is good quality and the fabrics seem like they will last me long. Great variety and sale section has nice dresses. I live outside of Brantford and have never seen as many options.
Staff is friendly, and the employee at the fitting rooms helped me and my daughter choose our outfits and was very kind, even helping me zip up a dress that got stuck 🤣🤣.”
