Daughter went into buy a couple things. Went to pay with a hundred dollar bill she got for her birthday. Worker said she couldn't pay with a hundred. Maybe put signs up because cash is cash! She then had to go buy something from another store that took her 100 (shout out to sunrise records) to go back and buy the things she wanted. Ridiculous.

Misleading pricing. They have grumpy cat plush pillows in the bin that say 16.99 but they are 29.99.
Consumer protection peeps would probably has something to say about it.

Fun stuff to look at.
Some great deals are out there.
Staff is most likely very welcoming and friendly.
But for the exception of the role only for stars.
Store is generally clean and organised.
Kids live it and feel welcome.

It's always interesting browsing the store to see the variety of products that they carry. There is always something new and interesting, and they seem to rotate some products quite often ensuring a different shopping experience each visit.
They also have a "Rewards Program" of sorts which if you opt into at no cost, receive a discount on the Store Merchandise.
However being completely honest, the vast majority of Products sold here are overpriced and have a markup of anywhere from a few dollars up. Take for instance a past example of Prime and Feastables Chocolate Bars. When Showcase had initially stocked Prime, they were selling a single bottle for close to $10.00.
In comparison, at the same point in time I was able to go to my local supermarket and buy a bottle for less than $5.00. There are some really good deals though, however exercise due diligence as a shopper and ensure that you are not getting caught up in the moment and you will be fine.

Went in to look for a gift, was looking at a baby doll when an employee rudely said to me “stop playing with the baby if you’re not buying it”. What kind of customer service is that? I won’t be shopping here ever again. Extremely rude.

Good Prime flavours but mrbeast chocolate is 15 DOLLARS! DISGUSTING and the prime is locked in a box #FREETHEPRIME but very cool to walk through.

Cool place to walk in and look at stuff. A lot of things in showcase are from america and you won’t really see it here but you’re not gonna buy anything here unless you’re loaded with cash. 18 dollars for a feastables chocolate bar?

This place is good with keeping up with what’s relevant, they were one of the only places with prime now one of the only places with feastables. It’s a cool place to browse but I wouldn’t dare buy a chocolate bar for almost 20$ almost anything there is overpriced.

No return policy or even exchange the product. They don't tell you that when you purchase it. The Lady at the front was very rude also. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Ill let my friends and family know to NOT SHOP HERE

Absolutely horrible store to shop at. Went in to get something for my sister and they tried to sell it for double the price and when I pointed out that that was not the price on the shelf they claimed it was because they were in the middle of changing the prices. Regardless, the shelf price is what you must legally sell the item for until it is changed and when I mentioned that they argued and insulted me and then eventually gave in to the shelf price when I told them I know the laws and can get them in trouble.My stepdad also went to buy a blender and they ended up charging him for two and lied and told him that was regular price.These people are scammers and are very rude. Do not recommend buying from here.

One would think with restrictions gone, businesses would be welcoming...not this one...people here relish in insulting kids and being rude to customers....and racist might I add...Stay away from these clowns
