I previously upgraded my phone at this location, however this past time we went, there was only one person working. He was selling a phone to one person so we decided to come back in a few when he was done. When we were back in the store the employee walked out to talk to someone sitting in front of the store. As we were getting it setup there were more customers that came by to which he stopped the transaction and made sure to talk to them as well. Which is fine. Our transaction felt rushed and more of a push sale instead of getting the best deal like we have before at this location and when it was wireless wave years ago.We ended up calling our service provider instead and was able to get a better deal.

Madhu was amazing. she was very helpful and answered any questions we asked. she made it super easy for us to switch phone plans, if you are ever looking to get a new phone plan, 100% go to tbooth and 100% go to Mahdu.
