I have called multiple times and this location does not answer their phone as of December 2024.
I wish I had been able to get a hold of someone to clarify the status of my package, especially since it's a time-sensitive shipment. It might be worth considering additional support or adjustments to the phone system at this location to ensure that customers can get the help they need in a timely manner.

Package showed it was shipped and signed for despite me being home during delivery and never hearing a knock or receiving a notice. Had to pick the package up in the end.

Called multiple times throughout day to address urgent time-sensitive matter before my package leaves the facility after dropping it off and no answer. Don’t bother calling this location, the phone is only there for decoration it seems.

If you're using this location for passport pictures or any pictures, make sure you reach before 6PM or better 5:30PM. Although store closes at 6:30PM but they dont do pictures after 6PM. And didnt mention this info any where. We wasted our time there.
UPS Store - Some how I wasn't able to reply you so editing here. I can understand you want to provide quality to your clients and thats all we want. But what about the clients who came 30mins before closing without knowing you cannot do pics anymore because of time. They wasted their time and Gas! so this review for customers who're going late in evening.

Used them the first time this week. What an awful experience. First 2/3 are only drop off locations can’t buy a bag or a box to save your life. 245 king George location gets a shout out lovely workers great environment.
But I didn’t receive an address on my receipt, I have basically no information. It’s been about 7 days check my tracking number and it also doesn’t have an address no picture nothing.
I call to see where my package is and they can’t tell me?! I have the receipt infront of me, I’ve had people call me asking where this package is and I don’t know. Spend 3 hours on the phone with them they still unable to tell me where it is gives me the number to complain guess what head office is only open Monday-Thursday!
Great didn’t know we had companies supports fraudulent scammers.
I don’t think I will ever use UPS again customer service was awful
** if the person responding to google can understand I contacted the store and got the 1-800 UPS Canada number as I was told THEY can release the address it went to
After spending 3 hours on customer service speaking to 2 different managers they CANT release the address after it’s been delivered
This is 100% a scam as other carriers can release this information police report has been filed and I will be contacting the better business Bureau to report this very obvious scam. As it was an iPhone that was “magically” disappeared

They helped me resend my package to a company without charging me for the tape that I borrowed from them to seal my package.

Thank you to the employee working at the King George Road location for his kindness. I wasn't aware of the cost of tape- apparently UPS doesn't allow their staff to tape the shipping label on boxes anymore- and he took his time to review this with me and provide an explanation. The missing star is just the frustration that you only find out about this fee when you enter the store. I feel for the employees working there as they probably take the brunt of the UPS rules being front line. Again, I thank the staff member working today, he was kind and efficient!
