Extremely dissatisfied! Have called several times without a call back ! Left message each time , trying to rent / inquire about a storage unit ! I've now gone with another company who helped me the very first time I called !

Worst storage place. We gave our 30 days at the end of February payed for March they put a lock on our storage unit so we couldn't clear it out then made us pay for April, May and June we were told we had until the 5th to clear it out but now they are telling us we need to pay for July to get our stuff out. They are nothing but rip offs and thieves. They have gave us horrible service the whole they should be shut down. I would not recommend anyone to rent from them. They are also not secure lockers as our stuff seemed to get knocked over from the people in the unit next to us pushing in the wall. We also have recieved a couple flat tires from nails being left on the path ways such a poor quality of maintenance around there. I could go on and on but I will not have a good day

Ok if you need storage. Did catch the office guy going through someone else's storage unit. Don't give deposit back on the spot. Still waiting to receive mine in the mail. Raised the rent after my stuff was already in storage for a month.

Worst storage unit ever. I am completely naive and went on the honour system to report my last day required for the storage unit. Went to hand in my keys and they declined me my deposit as they entered the incorrect information in their computer. i was treated with great respect until I handed in my keys for the unit. .... Do not use this storage!!!!!!
