The Walmart that was originally here was perfect, I don’t know why they switched everything around, there’s never any carts in the store.. they are breathing down my neck at self check out… and some of the employees are super rude when asking for help. My mom used to work here when I was a child and this store has completely fallen into chaos. I think the only reason locals come to this Walmart is because they areLimited. Hopefully when Costco and all the other new establishments open they will realize in order to keep clientele and shoppers coming back they have to treat all with respect and create a smoother connivence.

Useless an employee couldn't even be bothered to help my 76 year old mom take 5 minutes look for a Christmas tree that was advertized. So instead of her coming to Woodstock as we had them I bought it for her and will take it to her today.Also notice how Walmart is only hiring one perticular group of people? Good grief Walmart get it together seriously you are a joke. Sincerely current employee

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - DO NOT SHOPI honestly never write reviews but I have to warn others about how you get treated here.One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I went in to get a mobile phone plan and I know on my part that I came in 8 minutes to close however when I got there, the sales associate told me they closed the wireless department even though they close at 9, and the till was still open. I then asked that since there is 8 minutes to close if he can set up a phone plan or can I come tomorrow to get the same plan as the promo was only until the day I came in. He very rudely shouted at me that he and his associate have places to be and would not be helping me out.I mean if he had places to be then why is he working till 9 and closing, just an honest thought.Not the place to come shop if this is how employees treat you, better off going to another Walmart.

I love it here, the vibes are immaculate and the employees let me play butter on every laptop simultaneously. Also, Clarissa was very sweet and happy to help. Thank you for the hand sanitizer Clarissa. Please get them a raise ???

Don't even try to use their online ordering service.I have had a few instances where I have placed an order for a timed pickup and the order is not ready on time. In fact, it isn't ready until hours later. When it is 'on time' you still end up waiting over 30+ minutes after checking in.Don't even try to complain to Walmart Corporate.Their online avenues for support do not work. You are forced to sit on the customer service line to get long-winded excuses and no real assistance. I still have yet to be able to submit a refund for moldy produce.Waste of time.

Your staff need to be trained better in explaining your Mastercard. Decided to check out with an actual cashier as the self cash was extremely busy. Waited 20 mins behind someone who applied for one, with no apologizes and your supervisors or whatever (walking around in yellow vest) can’t help. Maybe have your staff explain that just because the customer is approved, they cannot receive it at the register. And yes, I could have went to another cashier, but I had already loaded my cart full of groceries. Absolutely ridiculous. Better yet, have them ask and if they don’t have it, give them a damn pamphlet.

Not the first tune I've had to do a pickup order from here. No one answers the phones when calling to confirm arrival, usually have to flag someone down in the parking lot. On 2 occasions the wait was nearly an hour, at which point I could've just done my own shopping. Calling into customer service met me with a "brief" 20 minute hold before I gave up and waited longer.

Experienced an uncomfortable interaction while at the self checkout today. A female employee with long black hair who I believe to be a manager (wearing a yellow Walmart vest) was scolding another female self checkout employee for interrupting her while she was having a conversation. She was speaking so loudly and forcefully at the employee that it was so uncomfortable to be around and listen to. This is no way for management to treat their employees. I understand being reprimanded for wrong doings, but in the middle of the self checkout area, with customers present is not the right place to do so. And so rudely at that. This woman should not be a manager based on what I saw today.

“While talking and chatting as one of the last shoppers going through in-person checkout on evening of September 27/‘23 my brother and I forgot one of our full shopping bags. All meat worth more than 90 bucks. We didn’t notice til I got home and store closed. The next day went in with receipt but I had paid in cash so no debit info. Saira, our Walmart associate working at returns desk actually took the time and looked over the security video to check our story. As Isaac our Walmart cashier was not in yet when we came back but he had put the bag aside in storage so we could retrieve it if we came back. Of course it was meat mostly so just in case Saira got the okay to replace all the meat with fresh. Totally happy outcome with the staff at Walmart especially Saira and Isaac who were professional and courteous. Saved us. Kudos to Walmart for having them. Thanks.

Don't get groceries online for delivery by Walmart. My order delivery time slot was 5 to 6 it's now 9pm and absolutely nothing and no updates from walmart. Customer service is unwilling to help and cancel my order. Disgusted with the service.

I waited more then half an hour for a manager to come unlock a locked case for another employee, and when I met a manager, I let them know I was unhappy. I got a very rude response, of her saying it’s not her fault. Anybody with behaviour like that should be fired.

Worst place for pickups,just waited 3 hours for a pickup. Either hire enough staff so that you can continue the service or stop the service itself or just pause taking new orders if you know that you don't have the means to fullfil the orders.

In store experience - For self check out: The first time at the store was a disappointment. Whether I have my items in the cart while scanning or on the top is none of your business. Since I had my bags in the car it was pointless taking out everything and putting it in the cart again. I have scanned with items in the cart for about 4 years at Walmart Hamilton and it's never been a problem. For the genius coming up with the request, "people will think you have not scanned, hence am saying". If it's not scanned the sensor will beep while going out, somebody please tell the staff that. Moreover there are 3 cameras + the Walmart policy doesn't state anywhere that the customer is obliged to take out all items. Wait out for the scanner to beep and then come and advise the customer if he's at fault, not prior. Everyone is not lousy to miss things! Please train your employees better. This review is only for the in-store experience. "Pickup is a 5 star service though". Will maybe stick to pickup going forward.
