My experiences have all been pretty positive. They have fixed two of my phones for screen issues at decent prices. Had a issue with a purchased phone case today and the young gentleman there was helpful, and when the debit machine didn’t work, he went out of his way to get me exact change from another part of the mall. Good worker, he is a asset to the business.

They fixed the crack on my phone but it took them two days. The older guy messed up in putting my phone back together. Messed up the volume buttons and Lock Screen button. The younger guy fixed all that and the crack but messed up my camera. Expects me to go back and get it fixed again. I can’t waste anymore time. Price is reasonable but you don’t get it done properly.

Bought a charger and cord but before I bought it I asked if it was fast charge. He lied. There is no refund policy.

Service is very bad, he's very rude to talk with customer. If anybody want to fix the phone be careful, they don't have any experience.
