I was recommended to consult Herb and Bev by 2 friends of mine, Herb and Terry had their work cut out for them, but got my car (with many problems) taken care of over just a day's time, DURING snow tire season as well. I am thrilled!You can really tell that Herb is passionate and true in his profession because he explains things in a way that I can fully understand, and genuinely wants to help others-which is very hard to come by in the servicing industry I find!Bev is friendly and lovely. Overall, a verry friendly small town gem and iwill certainly be back should I need more service done!

The gentleman who owns the business got me in on very short notice, and performed what was required faster than I believed possible at a very reasonable price which got me out of a very difficult position. 4 years ago was the last time I was here in 2019, the last thing I got from here was summer tires,I've have known Herb and his employees since 1981 to 2019 ,never had a problem with his work and was always pleased with the end result, since COVID started I have moved on to other place closer to my shop in Waterloo, Ont, but I never forget about the owners and their employees a great bunch of people

This is a 0 star review! Owners friend backed into my wife's car in a parking lot and then tried to bully her into thinking that she was at fault. We attempted to get our vehicle fixed as we usually went to him and he wouldn't even return our calls!
