Eery time we stop for gas, there is exquisite service, filling our gas and helping us pay by taking our cards and returning them. We don’t even have to step out of the car. Friendly, lovely and there is indeed gas.

Oil change cost more than quoted. Didn't have correct oil and did not tell me until I called to check on status. Would not recommend this business for vehicle repairs. Very poor communication. Had I known it would be this bad I would have gone somewhere else.

Very polite staff. It has the cheapest gas surprisingly despite SHELL. Quick as it could be. They filled your tank, so no dirty hands.

This company is the best automotive repair facility in the Peterborough area in my opinion. We have an older Mazda and we seem to always have something to repair on it. Bell's employees are always curtious and the technitions are very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose a problem and repair it in a timely manner. I know that they stand behind their work every time. The repair charges are very fair, honest and reasonable. Byron Bell should be proud of the service they provide so well. I also think the manager, Travis, is very good at his profession. Keep up the good work guys!!Update:June 28, 2013Just returned from getting an oil change and cabin filter replacement and, as always, the service was excellent.They, along with Shell, are replacing the pumps, etc, to renovate the outside. That will certainly modernize the appearance.Best service shop around, in my humble opinion.
