“Due to COVID and recent family events, my husband and I are now living with my mother-in-law, whom has been having trouble with the house, bills, and food on her own. My husband and I have been working together to help her get back on track and have been telling her about all the help there is in the community. So... today we called Peterborough Pet Food Bank, and we were told to come by. We went, and the gentleman whom runs it (out of his home, from the kindness of his heart) had a huge bag of dog food and 12 tons of cat food for us to pick up. This is amazing! My mother-in-law couldn't believe that it was all free. Thank you so so much for your help! We are definitely going to be donating some things to them in the future, once we're better established. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤????”
“For the most part PetSmart is an awesome place to get all your needs from furry to feathered to scale. However it would be nice if there shelves were more stocked or stocked better so people can buy more than one or two bags of pet food.”

“I had to go out of town for work and I brought my new 8 week old bulldog puppy with me. It was the easiest solution to continue house braking and get him used to the truck. My day extended longer than I prepared for so I was in a pinch for puppy food.
I stopped in to this location hoping to buy some food to hold me over until I returned home that evening. I met a beautiful young lady named Sky. Instead of me having to purchase a whole bag of food, she offer to give me a couple sample bags to hold us over. Her kind gesture got me out of a pinch. This young lady's understanding and generosity is what gives me hope for our future generations. This is the type of person that you want representing your company! Thank you again Sky!”
