Bought a pack of jerky yesterday and tasted like it’s expired and I threw it , next day I bought some jerky in a pack , it had a bad smell and texture . Seems like old expired batch and once I opened the pack at the gas station and told the guy there he refused to pay me back my money . I use shell for my company for about 3k of gas weekly and now you lost me as a customer for 7.50 . Service is everything . Made me wait thirty minutes to tell me he can’t help me . Guy at counter is nice guy but his boss over the phone who’s selling the damaged product refusing . Way to go shell ! Also your washroom is a disaster

Here to say that the smell is gone! When they first opened a lady told me it had something to do with the gases from the drains not being used yet. Either way, there is hardly a smell anymore. we frequent here often since it’s the perfect location for convenience and each time everyone has been very nice and the store is always clean and tidy!

There’s only one English speaking white girl working there and I only buy gas when she is there. Very professional, polite, and knows Air miles redemption etc.

I try to use Shell on every fill up. When I moved to Quinte West, I thought this would be my new spot. I thought wrong. Diesel is always 20 cents more per liter than another other station between Toronto and Kingston. Today from Ajax onward, diesel was $1.78-$1.80. But in Brighton, $2.02.How is this ok?

$9 for washer fluid. Talk about price gouging. Blame the culture that owns and runs the oil industry ? not to mention the employees are rude and could care less.

More expensive than anywhere else. Dirty washroom, couldn’t cash in my air miles due to lack of knowledge. Stop in Trenton, Glen Miller Rd. exit 526, 15km before or after depending whether you travel eastbound or westbound. 2 gas stations 5 fast food restaurants, Starbucks & Tim Hortons and two hotels.
