“My family and I was driving from Toronto to Prince Edward County and unfortunately drove over something that punctured our tire. The puncture was almost an inch long and in the inside rim so the tire was a bust. Unfortunately, we did not have our wheel lock key either. We called around and Brighton Tire, Matt was lovely and explained clearly what could happen and what the next steps would be. Although we have CAA, we decided to proceed with Brighton Tire and they came quickly - within 20 minutes. They helped us with the spare and followed us back to their shop as we needed some new threads to the lug nuts. We purchased a used tire from Brighton - it was in good condition and manufactured date was close to our original tires. They ensured we were safe to continue to our destination and ordered new lug nuts for us to pick up on the way back to Toronto.

“Once again, awesome service! Dropped off a Dodge Grand Caravan winter steel tire with a bent rim (pothole probably) two days before Canada Day holiday. Told Taz that I wasn't in a hurry (as it was a winter tire and it was a short work week for them) and that if they had to, to go ahead and replace the rim. Before the end of the same day, he called me back to tell me it was all fixed and that they were able to simply straighten it out.
