“I have had 2 experiences with The Brick , in the past few months. Their Customer Service is top notch.
First ..in the show room....listened to me explain what I was looking for , showed me several choices that might interest me. Explained that some might take a week or two to be delivered, and showed some that were immediately available for delivery.
Much better than buying , then find out the purchase would not be available till later. Polite , informative , no pressure

And now delivery.. Was contacted a week before their scheduled date..so I could verify with apartment manager that that date was NOT booked for a larger move....and therefore a good date.
And the morning of the delivery, an email and text letting me know that I was on the schedule , and how many deliveries ahead of m e, and estimated time range of my delivery. As the morning progressed , I could see my delivery getting closer.......and soon , that my delivery was next , and they were only 2kms away
The delivery was seemless, completed in a matter of minutes, the product was tested in my presence , and all packing removed.
Could my experience be any better ?”

“You never know what goodies you'll find at this spot. I never seem to leave the Re-Store empty handed!! From obscure building products, furniture, wall art, clothes and last weekend even plants!! .... It's not your normal thrift store. Always worth a walk through if you're in the area... and don't forget there are 2 buildings to peruse!! Bring a coffee and take your time. 🙂”
