“Excellent. Though Tracey and Matt were both very busy, I walked in and it did not feel that I was rushed. They could have sent me to the dealer but they decided to fiddle with my key, opened up the battery art, found thr battery and sent me away with an extra battery, a way to change it myself and was only charged for the two batteries, $12.42.
Amazing. And I spoke with their manager and explained all that they did and he was appreciative of the positive feedback as often it is only negative feedback.

“My husband and I have been having our vehicles undercoated at the Krown in Brockville, Ontario for several years. We have always had great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. On our last visit the manager, Dean noticed a broken leaf spring on our used Nissan pickup truck that we had just purchased. Fortunately it was covered under warranty and was repaired within a few days. Dean also offered us to come back for a touchup after the new part was installed.
