“BMO Brockville is a wonderful bank to work with. Because it is a smaller city, if you frequent there often the staff learn who you are which saves you time of showing multiple pieces of i.d. They building is always clean and well cared for inside and out. The one issue, which I am not too sure if they are still doing, is they were and possibly still are, locking the doors to the ATM due to, not too sure why, possibly the homeless.......but it is no fun at all to walk all the way to the bank to find out that you cannot access the ATM after 10:00 pm. Now as I said, the rest of this branch is wonderful, and it is always a great experience, but this new locking of the doors to the ATM at 10:09 is a little silly, isn't this the time when you need a bank machine the most?”
