Food and service get an A+ from me. I had a nice angus burger with cheese and they dressed it perfectly! The staff was very friendly and super patient with every customer. Definitely recommend this location, you will be seeing me again!

Went into Harvey's in Brockville last night for a late supper, it's hard to find good food at a late hour. Was greeted by the GM very friendly food was great fries were a little cold so I asked for some hotter fries and she was more then happy to put down fresh fries for me and even brought them out to me well I enjoyed my amazing burger. Thank you Tara!

Kid Taking My Order messed it up.Was too Busy Talking to co-worker.When I said Just Refund me He Was all pissy. When I said that to Manager Tara She said Don't talk to Her Employees Like that.Like she Really owns the Place lol.I said just refund me she kept defending the Kid. Original Charge was $15.69Refunded $14.56Then told Me To Never Come Back.Screw You I will never be Back.

My boyfriend and I frequent the Harvey’s in Brockville and it is usually pretty good. However, tonight when we went there was a weird flaky substance on the bottom of his hamburger bun that we have never seen before, he had to spit it out because it was not chewable but we were not mad or upset. When we brought the burger back the three guys at the front thought it was weird as well and they had never seen it before, they offered to make us a new one, they were all amazing. It was only until the female manager came over and accused us of being wrong and that “all the buns are like that”. Her coworker picked up a fresh bun right after and said “oh this one actually doesn’t have that”. I usually never write reviews but every single time we come to this Harvey’s this female manager is always rude and has a terrible attitude towards everyone including the rest of the staff. I honestly feel like leaving every time I walk in and she’s there because the experience is never pleasant when she’s serving us or around in general. Not to mention I really needed to go pee and I was not able to because the bathroom was literally a disaster.

Newly renovated. Quick. Effecient. Put down fresh food for me when I came in (245pm post night shift)Was served by the new manager who was kind, personable and attentive, didn't cut corners and was very good at her job.Very presently surprised with this visit.Buffalo chicken and onion rings were delicious.

Just had the best Harvey’s I’ve ever had at this location. The fries were hot, even though I ordered online and usually at any other place you get the fries lukewarm at best but these were nice and hot and the burger was built by an architect, crispy bacon great ratios and very neat and put together and most importantly really tasty. Apparently there were some newer crew members working when the order was picked up so I hope they get their props. Thanks!

I am an understanding person when it comes to the fast food industry and dealing with staff shortages and call ins. My hope is that your reason for having so little staff is that someone called in and you didn’t just staff it this way for a Saturday afternoon.When we walked in you had one staff in the kitchen, one in drive and one up front. The staff taking our order seems relatively new still, doesn’t move very fast and shouldn’t be working alone yet. It’s hard to know if the woman she went to the back to have help her with something she didn’t know how to do was going to ever actually come help with the long line that was growing.I’m not sure if this woman is a manger or not but priorities need to be looked at better. The front cash shouldn’t be piling on orders in to the kitchen if no one is dressing the and packing the orders. Piling orders from front cash then delays the orders for drive thru getting out. Also if someone’s food is ready to be dressed and sent out don’t then make it a priority to help in the kitchen to pile up more food. I understand it’s under a heat lamp but it’s not a perfect system. Food still gets cold.We don’t come very often but majority of our visits are positive. Today you let down a lot of customers. Your line up was so long we watched people walk out once they realized it wasn’t moving. We received no apology for the wait or communication about why things were taking longer.Do better! This all could have been avoided if you were staffed better or your staff were trained more.

I had an excellent experience at Harvey's recently. The staff exhibited a friendly and humble demeanor, making our visit enjoyable. Overall, excellent service which gave us a positive experience.
