“Had issues purchasing a zero turn mower from another location and ordered it online from the Brockville store; however, the online site redirected the order to the Kingston store, which did not have mower and the order apparently could not be redirected back to the Brockville store. After spending in excess of 5 hours staff at Home Depot Online with no successful resolution. Called the Brockville store directly, explained the situation and was able to order and pay for the mower with a small charge for delivery. Dealing with Tyson, Scott and Charles was great.”
