stopped by this morning and the lady at the register was VERY kind and helpful! Store is definitely small but it did have what i was looking for :) Edit: I believe her name is amanda!! (I checked my receipt) She’s the best!

I had a problem with Bauer skates I purchased recently and the store manager stepped up to ensure my issue was addressed. Unfortunately, Bauer was unwilling.to assist my issue directly.
