Very helpful and friendly staff. Whenever I depart the store,,my shopping needs have always been met. I have been a client for years and not once have I ever had an issue. Bonus for me is that,,I love supporting a small business versus the big box entities!! Keep up the great work!!

We bought our Weber Genesis barbecue at this local Home Hardware a few years ago. We were so happy to support local owners and received great service. Last week one of the middle knobs just broke off so we went back to the store with our manual for assistance to replace it. The gentleman at the Customer Service desk could not get rid of us fast enough telling us to phone Weber and look at the back of the barbecue for the numbers. We decided to check with our local
Classic Fireplace and BBQ store in Whitby. So very helpful!!! We found out that our barbecue has a 10 year warranty and the serial number was stamped right on our owner’s manual. Too bad the staff person at Home Hardware does not have the knowledge or the interest to give customers more attention. We won’t be so loyal going forward with other hardware purchases to seek that store’s inventory first.

Just bought a snow blower on black friday. Awesome store to shop at. Murray and his teams are amazing to speak to, very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and patient. It was almost closing time and Murray did not rush even once and explained each detail with so much of sincerity, this I have appreciated so much. This will be my go-to shop for all things home and would recommend to friends and family for sure.
