MY husband and I walked into this store looking for items to build a tent for our toddlers room. We apparently went into the wrong aisle and immediately a super nice gentlemen walked up to us and asked if we needed any assistance . After minutes of conversation he was able to help us and directed us to where we needed to go get the items we were looking for.
This gentleman ( MICHAEL) was complete knowledge of every single aisle. His CUSTOMERS service was amazing and it was a pleasure. “Went in for wood pellets. Had excellent customer service from one of their employees. He was very nice and helpful. He helped me load the pellets into my cart, take them to the register and to my car. Ab absolute gentleman. Wonderful store as well, one of the better Home Hardwares.”
