“I purchased ribeye steaks, chorizo sausage (spicy) and ground beef at a Penokean Hills Farms Pop Up Trailor at Poutine Feast SSM. I cooked the ribeye to a medium-rare. I made a quick jus from the drippings. I am a Red Seal Chef by Trade and actually studied Butchery. The steak was delicious. I look forward to trying their other cuts of meat. They are also available at a local grocer downtown (City Meat Market)”
