Dealership won't replace faulty parts, such as spontaneously combusting glass.Edit. This location in the past couple of weeks has bribed people to leave positive reviews. If you leave a negative review they will comment that they don't have a record of you, if you leave a positive review even with an obviously fake or incomplete name they don't question whether you are on the records.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This dealership is not concerned about customer safety. I'm currently shopping for a new vehicle and I will NEVER consider Acura Brant after hearing how they treat their customers. Customer safety and satisfaction should always be top priorities versues just making money off of a sale. Shame on you.

Acura on Brant is truly amazing. The staff is very friendly and both Grant and Hailey helped me tremendously. They were polite yet professional and I felt very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Shame shame. Refusing to fix a problem with a known common problem. After giving customers the run around. Glad my Acura is out of warranty. I'll never bring it back here.

Stop giving people the runaround when you should be fixing something that is a known problem! What if a child was injured? Or a pet? Or the sound of the explosion caused the driver to be in an accident? Do your job and look after your customers.
