Didn’t end up buying anything but the associate, Laura(?) was super helpful and suggested other shoes for me when the ones I wanted didn’t have my size. Clean pretty store, can’t wait to see what’s coming in for winter.

I got an email with a 20% discount code and ** Choose any item with a value of less than $15 for free during your birthday month - no purchase necessary, in-store only.I called customer service before I went to the store to make sure about it. I was told to go to the store to receive my birthday gift but the 20% off could be used online or in the store. However, it didn't happen. The associated at the store couldn't help me, she wasn't aware about it. She tried to call customers service but they just give her another number, when she tried to call the new number, she was told by a machine the business hours so nobody's was able to help me. The manager wasn't at the store as well. Her recommendation was to come back tomorrow and speak with a manager or contact customer service again.I don't work in the store, my time is important too. I feel disappointed about the customer service provided over the phone and the lack of knowledge at the store to make effective the birthday gift. I don't think you should advertise something that you are not able to provide.

Aldo is the one to go for if you're on a budget. I was there to buy a gift for my friend and I could easily find some good-looking shoes in the 60 to 70 dollar range. As usual, sales are the best time to shop there because sometimes they have almost 50% off. The one I went to was the maple view location, and the ladies there were very helpful too. They checked in the back for more options in our range and kept suggesting some good options from the shelves as well.

Worst experience ever, discriminated and abusedBought a pair which was told was the size I wanted then went home and realize it’s notCame back to return. I see the lady in front of me is also trying to return, the manager didn’t even check and did it for her. While it’s my turn, the manager checked my shoes three times while holding it close enough to her nose. Then been told can not exchange. Reason being there is salt on the bottom of the shoe while the shoe is clearly brand new. Asked manager where do you see the salt, she said it was there but it’s gone now???Obviously didn’t agree with the manager and asked to speak with senior management, been told not possible. And then called security to evacuate us????Going to file a case with Ontario consumer protection and racial discrimination CanadaDo not come to this store

My husband bought a purse for me at another location, but it was convenient for me to return to the Mapleview store. It had all but the sku tag attached and I had the receipt showing it had been purchased 5 days earlier. The young woman refused a refund or exchange, claiming she needed the sku.I took the same bag off the shelf and asked her to use that sku, but she said she could not do so.She apparently called her manager, who also said a return or exchange was impossible. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Worst experience.They will tell you that you can return shoes if it didn’t fit at the time of selling but when you have to actually return it , they will give you hard time. The associate name was Laura, she was very rude , first she said she cannot return, then she said you can exchange it , with something else . I agreed but then she said you have to choose it right away as she wouldn’t give me store credit also.They don’t even deserve 1 star. Worst ALDO experience. Associates at limeridge mall ALDO are far better and polite.Never coming back to this store.

Went to this location. Very poor customer service. Bought a shoes which was already returned from someone I guess as it was little dirty and looked like worn. Though, I bought it confirming from a sales associate if I can still return it and she said yes and even offered me a discount. But, when I went to return it, I wasn’t able to return it as they were worn as per them. I explained store manager tori everything. Still, she didn’t helped me. I mean you shouldn’t promise something to customer that you can’t fulfill . You guys really need to improve your customer service and train your people how to treat customers. It was such an horrible experience.

Been a long time customer. Bought many shoes over the years but this time not so lucky. The staff recommeded these shoes. After a month they fell apart. Couldnt return them since I am in Europe. Not real happy after spending over 100.00 for them.

I walked into aldos t today and noticed 2 girls sitting there on their phones a whole time with their head down didn't acknowledge me not even once to ask me if I need any help and continue to sit there when I ask them a question they Then answered me with a yes or no and continued just stick their head back in their phone the whole time and I was there for about 10 minutes in the store . If you don't want to work stay-at-home because what you're doing is stealing people are paying you for a duty and you're not doing nothing but entertaining yourself that's stealing

I called to place an item on hold and spoke to the manager Tori. Her customer service was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I will absolutely be returning to this location.

The worst customer service. The two employees were so busy talking about their weekend they didn't even greet us. Nor asked if we needed assistance. I won't be back to this location.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR ACTUAL RECEIPT.I bought shoes for my husband on black friday, and the Sales Associate told me she would send the receipt via email when I asked about my receipt . It turned out I never receive the e-receipt. I went back yesterday,December 5th, wanted to return the shoes bcause my husband does not like the shoes. The sales associate only said they couldn't give refund , only store gift card because I don't have the actual receipt. I told him I didn't get it at that time. He only told me either call customer service or I need to wait to meet the store manager which I need to come again the next following day.Overall the store manager was nice and helped me to refund my stuff. Thank you!
