This is the second time I have visited this location for service and both experiences have been exceptional. We came this past August regarding our son's iPad and were told that it had physical damage from being dropped and subsequent water damage in the spot with the damage. Unfortunately we did not have apple care+ on the iPad as we originally bought it from Costco. That was a huge mistake on our part. We ended up purchasing a new iPad that day for approximately $450 and we made sure we purchased the apple care+ -- lesson learned. Forward 4 months and our son's new iPad screen won't turn on all of a sudden. I tried doing every trick I could think of to get it working and nothing worked. We made an appointment and came in today. Service was friendly and we actually spoke with the Apple employee we had the last time (I hope you have the best Disney Wedding!! <3) and he directed us to a table to wait for our scheduled appointment and hooked up our iPad to a computer to see if a factory reset would help while we waited. Unfortunately the reset didn't work and within just a few minutes our Apple Employee came to help us. He noted the issue and we were out the door with a new iPad at no cost to us within a short time period. We couldn't be happier with the service and the Apple Company. Standing behind your products and your warranties is superb and I applaud you! We have been an Apple family for a long time and will continue to rave about your products, services and warranties to everyone we know. Thank you, Thank you!!

Worst customer service by the guy called Shakil who declared himself as a manager ( which wasn’t true) -where he doesn’t want to understand the customers issue and talks like a broken record as if the other person doesn’t understand him - buddy needs some manners taught before he starts talking to people around as if they are two years old and he is the only professional who buys apples products and knows what they all are about.They have all the smiles if you want to buy new items but you tell them an issue they will make sure to not listen and talk down to you ( for an under warranty item)- I personally will be writing an email and making sure the corrective actions are taken for this Apple Store I have never been to an Apple Store who disregards what Apple care team on phone suggests -blindly refusing to listen to the issue and I made sure to call back Apple care service after leaving the store to confirm if they still suggested that the AirPods need to be replaced for sure or was I at wrong - the response was crystal clear -the AirPods loosing charge at different times and within a year of buying them should be taken care of within the warranty time. They need some help here in this store specially when it comes to talking to people who are driving far to not see the store pretty faces.I hope someone out there trains people here. And specially this guy call Shakil and Sayol ( who is also the manager ) who seem to defending each other as if they own Apple personally. I read the reviews and I see clearly this store lacks and I would not recommend anyone spending even a minute here.

The Apple Store employees were very helpful of finding a product. Apple Stores are helpful when you have a problem with your device and help you book an appointment and how to book an appointment. Coming for an appointment is easy or coming to a workshop event is easy with the QR-Code or wallet pass provided.

Cannot say enough good things about this store. I had a third-party store replace my iPhone battery (never again) and the other location broke my screen and severely damaged my phone. The team here were so welcoming, so helpful and spent 3 hours fixing my phone - it's like brand new now. It's a big store so I was a bit intimidated going in but everyone was so friendly - wow. I'm super impressed!! I will definitely be back.

So impressed with the associates at Apple Mapleview. Went in today to buy a new iPhone for me and have my husband’s iPhone moved to my old phone. Their patience and knowledge was over the top. They even paired our watches and hearing aids to the phones.. Above and beyond anything we expected and such friendly and helpful people. Thank you!

Literally went into the store knowing what I wanted to buy, didn’t need anything but for someone to take my money and give me my product. There were 4 employees that were standing at various tables with no clients so I went up to them and all of them said I have to wait for someone at a particular table to help me. After waiting for a bit longer with the one guy super busy but 4 others just standing at their stations, I left. Rather go to a store where they have better standards for customer service.

The manager at this location that I have been dealing with lacks empathy or care and could not give a sh*t about my concern. I called 3 times asking for help with a fraudulent purchase made with my credit card on Apple.com and picked up at this location.Even though the store did not follow procedure to verify that the purchase was made by the credit card holder...he did not guide me or direct me on how they could help.Seriously, he should not be in the position that he is in. He was short and not a problem solver at all.

I was there to pick up my order. Rob was helping 2 customers at a time and was not paying any attention to my order. I felt like him being racist since he was helping other customer he just handed me my phone and accessory and kept serving the other one. I was patiently waiting there for my turn, I didn’t even rushed at all but I felt like he wanted to get rid of us. I am spending bloody more than 2 grands in your store at least show some courtesy and offer a bag. I noticed that every representative around the store was offering bags to the customer. This is a very small gesture but one can easily notice this. I found this very rude and disrespecting.

Oh boy where to start. First of all I arrive at 10:30 and am appalled to find out you apparently can’t use a redeemed e-gift card on your apple account in person (makes total sense…) so I’m told I could just buy the product and pick it up in person, guy at store quotes me probably within 30 minutes to an hour, at 10:30. At the time of writing this (1:34 PM 3 hours after placing the order) it’s still under “Processing”. What a shameful company, all for the Apple Pencil 2… Not asking you guys to reinvent the wheel here. Do better Apple come on, this is ridiculous.

It’s always busy in here. Yesterday it was not. The staff was helpful with troubleshooting my MacBook problems. I picked up a portable hard drive when I was in. All in all great day at the Apple Store. Thanks

Walked in and was greeted by multiple staff, each asking if there was anything they could help me with. Staff were easily approachable and happy to help. John helped me find the accessories I was looking for and was able to explain the pros and cons of each product and answer the questions I had. Very happy with my experience!!!

Rayan was honestly amazing, I arrived 10-15 minutes after the store closed but due to the team & him being able to accommodate my repair pick up was quite impeccably since I drove 2 hours. Repair took less than a week for my Mac Top Case, looks absolutely brand new? Probably one of the best store when it comes to customer service!

They make me wait over an hour after my booked online appointment, beside I showed up twenty minutes before it. Don't really understand what the reason was for this . Would never schedule any repair appointment , even though I bought many items at this location . I had much better experience at Square One or Etobicoke, even this location is closer to my house . And such attitude happen second time at this location . It is much better to drive extra mile but have nicer experience and better day.
