“I can't believe how incredible the employees and customer service is of this place. My first encounter was with Scott, when I inquired on the price of a kiln. He replied quickly by email and was SUPER responsive to all my questions. The kiln arrived quicker than he promised. I asked for some other accessories (like a Bailey slab roller), which no one else seemed to have in stock and he was able to get me one fast.Today I reached out to Skutt because there was a defective wire in the kiln. The Skutt rep reached out to Scott and Scott called me right away ON HIS DAY OFF! Again, a part that is very hard to find and of course Ceramic Arts has it and Scott is making sure I get the replacement FAST.Personal, reliable, fair pricing.
