“Love this location. It stands out as a reliable and consistent spot to have my car thoroughly washed on days off and on days coming home from the office. My only feedback to management: For busy days or days where weather will increase traffic, please create a 3rd queue for customers who have monthly passes. This will alleviate having to wait 4 minutes for the car in front to make up their mind as to what service they want. You could even have someone walking up and down the queue on foot taking "advance orders" The more cars you can get through the tunnel, the better it is for business. Your throughput is there, just the customer facing side needs more continuous improvement.”
