“I took my car into Halton Honda for an oil change and to get the left driver side window fixed. A cable broke that puts the window up and down. After 22 years it just gave out. My Service Advisor was Shawn Moyers and the service was excellent.. The part is on order and my car will be repaired when the part comes in.”

They're very nice mats which are custom fitted to my car and installation was simple but I just can't get over the price. I paid it willingly and got exactly what I went for and again, the staff were friendly and helpful, as well as the store being well put together. 😀”

“I have purchased an ILX TECH and a TLX SH-AWD ELITE in the past year or so from Acura on Brant. I also have taken my 3 cars for regular service and maintenance. Customer service of this dealership is by far the best among all of the other Acura dealerships in GTA, Hamilton and Burlington area. They are very friendly people who treat you like family, respectful, knowledgeable and very personable. Starting with the General Manager Joe Capriotti who personally helped me with the order and delivery of my car. He took care of my like how he would take care of his family and made me feel welcome and valued from start to finish. Grant Mushlian Finance Manager, friendly and very knowledgeable he made me feel immediately welcomed! He goes out of his way to make things right. Amazing Service department starting with Service Manager Andrew Czornoba, is always a pleasure to deal with, a friendly welcoming face that is knowledgeable and ready to help, let's be honest I don't know much about cars, his team by far is one of the main reasons why I service all my Vehicles at Acura on Brant. Amy Boyd is very knowledgeable and polite, her friendly attitude and professionalism is the reason why I ask for her every time.
