I took my car into Halton Honda for an oil change and to get the left driver side window fixed. A cable broke that puts the window up and down. After 22 years it just gave out. My Service Advisor was Shawn Moyers and the service was excellent.. The part is on order and my car will be repaired when the part comes in.

Salesperson knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciated willingness to negotiate trade-in (although felt car was worth a little more). Manager was open with us . Happy with overall service. Courteous and pleasant to work with the staff.
