Avis gave me a very small car at Pearson and I drove to Burlington branch on August 31st to get a replacement. The lady at the branch was incredibly nice and helpful and managed to get a bigger car. Unfortunately cant remember her name, but they will know who had the shift on August 31, 2024.

I rented a car for a day, and they were super friendly and helped us with everything. Ish was very polite and explained everything perfectly. They left us a beautiful and super clean car and they didn't complain about having a European license. Thank you so much
