I often rented rental cars at several rental companies- this was the best experience I've ever had- the agent was so nice, and the process was easy and fast. I wish I knew his name. This location is far from where I live, but I will keep this location in mind in the future.

If you rent from here make sure you take a photo of your gas tank before handing back the car! They lied about us not returning with a full tank and charged us extra. Business of thieves!

Pathetic experience! I booked a 7 seater almost 20-25 days before the actual date. I was told to call as the date arrives so that they can confirm the booking. I was given the booking reference number too.. And now, when I need it, they are like, we dont have the booking for a 7 seater, its for 5 seater! And, also, the price for 7 seater is increased now, as expected! The reps don't help and their call center voice quality is bad! Hardly could hear anything!! Don't book it from them if you want mental peace and don't waste your time here!!P.S.: I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A BAD REVIEW FOR ANY BRAND! Please improve the services!!

I rented a car for a week they gave me bad car and I had to pay for it on top of paying for the rental which cost a lot. I can't stomach the service is unprofessional and will not be going back there, I would advise people from going and renting from them at all. THEY DONT EVEN CLEAN INSIDE CARS AND THEY WONDER WHY PEOPLE GET COVID

This week, I rented a car at Avis. Our journey was a little unique but Gavin was excellent! He made sure our reservation worked out well with a car we were happy with. He was well informed and personable.

Don't bother. This Gavin guy is exceptionally rude. First of all get to the location to see it locked with a back in 15 minutes sign. Call the number twice and no answer. Finally after waiting 10 minutes this Gavin guy walks right by me. No greeting at all. Unlocks and goes inside. I go in, barely getting inside the door and he tells me they have no cars, gets on the phone and ignores me. Still no greeting. I am an Avid preferred business member and will be cancelling my account and moving to Enterprise where they actually treat you like a human being.

I really wanted to speak with someone about renting a vehicle as I have not rented in awhile. I found Gavin Delph to be incredibly rude and dry both in person and on the phone. When asked simple questions like how to proceed and what to do next I received very sarcastic responses. Not very helpful or welcoming. I would have preferred to rent a vehicle closer to home, but have opted to go elsewhere given Gavin's lack of customer service.
